Terms & Conditions of Bobbin Babes

By enrolling your child in Bobbin Babes baby swimming classes, you accept the following terms and conditions and agree to comply.

1. Child's Health and Safety a. All medical and behavioural conditions must be disclosed to Bobbin Babes before attending swimming classes. Should you or your child have any existing medical conditions, Bobbin Babes expects that you have sought the advice and permission from a healthcare professional as we are not medically qualified to comment on whether swimming is or isn’t advisable. b. Bobbin Babes reserves the right to refuse admission to the pool without the appropriate swimwear. c. All babies and non toilet trained children must wear a double nappy system consisting of a disposable inner swim nappy with a Happy Nappy over the top. Happy Nappies are patented by Splashabout and can be bought on Saint Moon.

2. Booking and Payment a. Booking: Lessons must be booked in advance through our website. b. Payment: Payment for lessons is due upon booking and must be made in accordance with the pricing structure provided by Bobbin Babes. We accept various payment methods, which can be found on our website.

3. Refunds: Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds under any circumstances. Please make sure to check all class dates before booking to make sure you can attend. We are also not able to defer classes to the following term once payment has been made.

4. Waiver and Release a. Parents/guardians understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with water activities and swimming lessons. By enrolling their child, they assume responsibility for the child's participation and safety. b. Bobbin Babes is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during lessons, including those resulting from negligence or misconduct.

5. Photography and Videography a. Bobbin Babes may capture photos or videos of lessons for promotional, instructional, or educational purposes. Consent for the child's participation in such media is granted upon enrolment. Parents/guardians who do not wish to have their child's image or likeness used for such purposes must notify Bobbin Babes in writing.

6. Private lessons a. At Bobbin Babes, we strive to provide the best possible swimming experience for all our students. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone and make the best use of our instructors' time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for private lessons:

• If a parent or customer needs to cancel a private lesson, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will incur the full cost of the lesson, and the parent or customer will be liable for the full price.

• This policy is in place to ensure that we have sufficient time to offer the slot to other students who may be waiting for a private lesson.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all our swimmers.

7. Privacy a. Bobbin Babes will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By enrolling your child, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination a. Bobbin Babes reserves the right to terminate services to any client who breaches these Terms and Conditions or displays disruptive behaviour. No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.
